Client Mentor

A Client Mentor meets weekly with clients one-on-one, guiding them through our Earn While You Learn program. This is a meaningful way to connect with and encourage our clients. Training is provided.

Center Volunteer

We need volunteers to focus on the practical needs of the center. For instance, volunteers sort through our steady stream of dontations, clean items, organize shelves, etc. In addition, volunteers provide childcare for clients who bring their children to appointments (a background check is required). Other service positions are available.

Fatherhood Presenter

This position facilitates a weekly study for a group of dads. Requirements include a belief in Christ, a seasoned father, and skilled at connecting with/mentoring other men. Training is provided.

SRA Presenter

Do you enjoy connecting with teens? If so, this opportunity is for you. We need presenters to take our 2-3 day Sexual Risk Avoidance program titled, “I Decide for Me” into local schools. Training is provided.

Facility Maintenance

This position is on an as-needed basis. Whether it’s heavy lifting, repairing a broken chair, simple plumbing or electrical work, we need you!

Church Ambassador

We need active church attendees to help us connect and communicate with your congregations and organizations. Your role is to pass on center updates, promote upcoming events, and keep your church informed about our ministry.

Prayer Partner

Prayer is powerful and necessary! Sign up to receive emails once a month, which will help you know how to pray for us. Would your prayer group like to host a night at the PHC? Let us know, and one of our team members will schedule a time for your group to walk through the center and cover it in prayer.
